Adroit Training Solutions LLC. was established in 2021 after recognizing a need for specialized firearms courses.
Sylvester is an active Law Enforcement Officer with over fifteen years of LE experience. During his career he has occupied roles such as Patrolman, School Resource Officer, SWAT Team Member and Scout, SWAT Sniper, Firearms and Tactics Instructor.
For the past seven years Sylvester has served as one of the lead instructors for California Standardized Training Institute (C.S.T.I) where he has had the pleasure to instruct and learn from Law Enforcement Officers throughout the State of California.
Sylvester uses his training and experience along with continued studies and professional development to provide relevant and dynamic training and instruction to Law Enforcement/Military and Qualified Civilians.
Our Misson
It is our mission to create a safer more peaceful world. We believe that was accomplished in the forming of the 2nd Amendment when our founding fathers chose to arm the citizens of this great nation. ATS exists for the purpose of training up men and women that will defend liberty and life in both our country and the world.
